AY-722 Pretreatment Filming Agent

Properties

AY-722 is composed of chelating agent, dispersant, pretreatment filming and surfactant. The chelating agent can chemically adsorb ferric and calcium, forming a hard film on metal surface. It has the advantages of quick filming, film homogeneization, chemical stable and low corrosion ratio. It can be used as pretreatment filming agent for equipment and pipeline of new system or after heavy repair. AY-722 is not affected by copper and ferric ions in water system.

Usage

The dosage of 1000mg/L is preferred. Pretreatment filming time for cold state is 12-24 hours, and for heat state is 8-16 hours. Calcium ions in the water are not less than 50 mg/L when pre-filmed, and pH is 6-8.

Package and Storage

200L plastic drum,IBC(1000L),customers' requirement. Storage for one year in shady room and dry place.

Safety Protection

Acidity, avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
